I am a highly experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer and an accredited member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). I have always had a passion for helping people and I am incredibly lucky to say that I love my job.
As your coach, my objective is to help you develop a long-term, life-enhancing strategy that is simple to follow, appropriately challenging, and most importantly enjoyable. I will provide you with the education and tools needed to not only achieve your desired goal, but to exceed it.
I promote a positive approach to nutrition and training. Exercise should never be seen as a punishment for a bad diet but rather a celebration of what your body is capable of (even if you don’t know that yet!). From my years of experience, this healthy approach results in a lasting lifestyle shift.
